We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their custom plaque or sign from Show Plates Factory. Please review our return and refund terms below, which reflect the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products.
Because each plaque, nameplate, and sign is engraved or printed with your specific text, names, or dates, personalized items are considered final sale once production has begun and cannot be returned for a change of mind. We carefully proof every personalization detail during production to minimize errors.
Non-personalized, ready-made items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a prepaid return label will be provided.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an engraving error caused by our team, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@showplatesfactory.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will produce a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.
The following are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of manufacturing defect: personalized/custom-text items, items damaged after delivery due to improper installation or care, and items returned after the applicable window has closed.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting a returned item, or immediately upon approval for damaged/defective claims that do not require a physical return.
