If your order arrives damaged or with an engraving error on our part, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@showplatesfactory.com with photos of the issue and we will produce a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition for a full refund, less original shipping costs.
